Once a budget is established, we begin sourcing and scheduling furniture, artwork, and objects from our network of suppliers and local makers, bringing together a solution that meets the brief and lands creatively, while passing on our trade discounts directly.

The procurement stage commences once all pieces and finishes have been approved. We place orders on your behalf, and liaise with the suppliers and makers regarding timelines and access to site. Throughout the process, we meet key makers on site to conduct a site measure, track the budget and book in tentative install dates.

We manage the delivery of your items to ensure they arrive during the agreed installation days. As your furniture may be on different timelines, we coordinate storage facilities, as well as working with trusted installers to manage the process, be it assembling a custom item, or installing art. We also manage the placement and rubbish removal of all your new pieces, so that you can walk into a completed space.

We check all items as they arrive on site to ensure quality and that if any defects are picked up, they are resolved quickly. We also provide information in an aftercare and maintenance handover package. If any issues arise down the track, we can manage repairs or replacements on your items for the life of their warranty.
